2006 Autumn Carnival for Autism
In September 2006, SaharaCares sponsored the 2nd Annual carnival for Autism at Liberty Park in Salt Lake City for children with Autism. Over 70 children with autism attended with their families- almost triple the attendance from last year! Dozens of Sahara volunteers were on hand to assist the children at Liberty Park. Special thanks to ABC of Utah, ASDC, GEM Building and other sponsors for their support. Plans are already underway for the 2007 carnival.
